My Weekend

In the weekend it was Blake's birthday and he got lots of presents. He got a drift trike which we played with a lot, two new books, three bags of chocolate, some awesome clothes and a new wallet. After all the present had been opened we went into town to watch The son of Bigfoot. It wasn't the best movie and the story line didn't really make sense to me. After that we got some pizza and played in the park. After that we went home and played on the drift trike. It was really fun and we played with it all weekend. Then we decided to race. Me and Blake would swap after 1 lap and Kaitlyn would race on her scooter. We raced until catastrophe struck. I sped into a corner started my drift but drifted to hard, hit a bush and flipped the trike. The next day we went into the town square and did a workout. There was so many people there and it was really hard. It lasted about 1 hour and my knees felt like they were on fire. It was a super fun weekend.

My Weekend

In the weekend some of our friends from the east coast came to our house. We played an intense game of basketball which ended with me slicing the defense and doing a reverse layup. After that we went into Greymouth and saw four hectors dolphin floating around in the sea. The next day we put up a fence around the garden so the wekas and chickens couldn't get in and we could actually grow stuff without it getting ripped out of the ground. After that I played a 1v1 against Blake my little brother. It was raining threes. I tried to end it by a mean dunk on Blake but I missed and fell over top of Blake and fell on my back. It was a fun but painful weekend

In class we have been learning about forces. We made a creation on tsunamis from what we found out. I teamed up with Tylar, Tess and Bridget to make the creation. It was really fun to make but sometimes we probably got a bit silly. I think it would have been better if we had less silliness and were more focused on the facts and not making it funny.

Problem Solving, Guess and Check method - With Bridget

My Weekend

In the weekend I played league against Cobden. We played well but lost. I got player of the day for defense. After that we went to Robert Harris and had some food and a Hot chocolate. On Sunday we watched the crusader win their 8th super rugby title and then had a lazy day. Blake, Kaitlyn and I played a game of league together in the wet and I slipped over 7 times and got soaked but still played. I'm not quite sure how but Kaitlyn bowled me over in a huge puddle and thats when we decided to go inside. I won 12-11. It was super fun.

My Weekend

For my weekend I left on Thursday to go to Ashburton. On Friday we went to the EA networks center to play some basketball. It was two versus two. My team won 27-24. Then on Saturday we went to see my old rugby team play. They played well but lost 42-14. Then we went to our friends house and watched the Crusaders play the Chiefs. The Crusaders won 27-13. On Sunday we watched the Hurricanes vs the Lions. Sadly the lions won 44-29. It was a fun weekend😁.

Game 6 NBA finals 1996 Bulls highlights Creative Response

The NBA finals game 6 played at united centre was the last game of the 1995-96 season. It was the biggest game of the season because it would determine who won the NBA championship.

This was a very exciting game with lots of action.

The Bulls who were looking for their 4th championship ring had some of the greatest players ever with the likes of Michael Jordan who is known as the G.O.A.T (Greatest of all time), Scottie Pippen who had the 2nd best stats in the league and Dennis Rodman the shooting extraordinaire. They made their games thrilling because of how much skill there is in their team. They were a very outstanding team but they were facing a very skilled team who played with fire in their eyes. Dennis Rodman hit 7 of his 8 shots from in the paint and Michael Jordan scored 22 points, five points clear of the second highest scorer. The Bulls managed to scrape past the sonics because of their ability to find space and capitalize on it.

The Sonics who were charging towards their 2nd championship ring had some extraordinary players like Gary Payton who was known as the glove referring to his defensive skills and Shawn Kemp the reignman because the sonics announcer saw it on a poster and thought it was fitting for Gary’s style of play. They made their games edge of your seat because no matter what opponent they always give their all and try to prevail. They were 1st in the NBA pacific division. Gary payton only managed to drop 19 points. They were let down by their defence, They had some great plays on offense but they weren’t as skilled as the bulls and couldn’t hit their shots.

It was a pretty low scoring game with the Bulls scoring 87 and the sonics scoring only 75 and Shawn Kemp and Gary Payton scoring a combined score of 37. But the Bulls Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen scored a whopping 39 almost half their team’s points.

It was a very thrilling, edge of your seat game and I recommend watching the Bulls highlights on youtube.

My Weekend

This weekend I went target shooting and hit 17 out of 21. Then Blake and I played touch. We were told not to get dirty and we got soaked and turned into mud monsters. After that we watched the rugby with our friends. We had a Nerf war in the dark and made each other scared. The next day we watched Kaitlyn do a ballet performance. Her group was first to go and she did awesome. Then we went to the warehouse and bought new Nerf guns and I made a big mistake in teaching Kaitlyn to use it and she shot me in the head. It was a really cool weekend😁.

This weekend I played league against suburbs. We played well and we won. Then I watched transformers 5 with Ridge. It was really long but it was awesome. After that we saw the All Blacks beat the Lions 30-15. The next day we went for a walk to look for some pigs. We couldn't find any so we went home empty handed. It was really fun😁.

This weekend I played league against cobden. We drew 32 all. The next day we went hunting for pigs with Dads friend. We walked for about half an hour before finding about 7 pigs in 1 paddock we managed to shoot 1 then we gutted it and dragged it to the track where Dad would pick it up in the Ute. Then we had a look around for more but we couldn't find any so we drove back to Dads friends house to hang up for skinning. It was super fun😁.

Trailblazer in space poem

Excitement as I’m going through space,

All the stars and planets it looks awesome.

But then after a few years,

Loneliness and sadness without my helpful companion and waking up In the jungle, saying hi to the tigers and elephants.

63 years later,

My Weekend

This weekend I went to Methven so Mum and Dad could go to a friends birthday. Then we watched the Crusaders play the Lions but they lost 3-12. The next day we went to one of my friends houses. We played basketball and soccer. After that we played Xbox and my little brother smashed me 71-36. Later that day we went home. It was really fun.

This artwork will make the viewer feel like they’re in the 19th century.

The detail in this artwork really brings out the minor things like all the bushes, broken sticks and fallen down trees. It makes the setting look dehydrated and desolate.

The sandy dirt colours in this artwork really paint a picture of what it would be like in the Australian outback. All these tones make the artwork stand out from others artworks.

In this artwork it looks like Tom Roberts has used one brush stroke. The artwork would look better with more brush strokes and different size brushes.

Overall I think this is a very good painting and I recommend going to this website to see more of his artworks.

My Weekend

This weekend I watched the crusaders vs highlanders. It was a really good game and the crusaders won 25-22. The next day me and Blake moved some chairs and had a Nerf war with Dad and he stole our best gun and hammered us and I got shot at least fifty times. After that Kaitlyn got really sad so we had to have  a tea party but it was really fun. Then on Monday we saw the Golden state warriors VS Cleveland cavaliers and Golden state won and the have a 2-0 lead in the series. After that Blake, Kaitlyn and I went into the deer paddock and tried to sneak up on them without them running away which is hard because they have really good smelling and hearing. It was really fun.

  This weekend I went to Theo and Nikos birthday party. When everyone arrived we went to the lake and played american football and Rugby. Then we had dinner and then set off fireworks and a few of them feel over and fired at us. Then we walked down a track and saw gloworms. Then the next day we played paintball and I got shot in the hand and knee which really hurts. It super fun😃.

My Weekend

This weekend I played my first game of league against cobden. We were down by thirty by the time it was halftime and in the second half we came back and we lost 30-38. The next day we went to a movie with Ridge and Toby called A Dogs Purpose which was really sad because a dog died and came back as another dog and then died and came back as another and then died and came back to the owner he had before he died the first time. It was a really fun weekend.😁

In the weekend I shot some targets with my slug gun and I hit all of the targets twice and I hit one from 20 meters away! It was awesome and then the Blues lost because Sonny Bill Williams can't pass with his left hand so the score was 20-26 to the highlanders :( . It was still a good weekend because it was three day long! :)😀

My weekend

This weekend I went to Christchurch. On Friday I went to the Crusaders vs Blues. It was a very exciting game and the score was 33 - 24 to the Crusaders. The next day I went to the Methven show but the ground was covered in mud. But there was lots of cool tents and one was selling weapon accessories! Then we went to Ashburton and had dinner with our friends and had homemade sundaes. After that we went to Methven lodge for the night and made hot chocolate with the stuff at the lodge and it was delicious! Then we embarked on the 3 hour long drive home.

Today our class went to the science roadshow at the grey high hall. There were two shows and hands on activity all around the room that we could do on our own. They were all really cool and knowledgeable because they were all different. In the shows people running did stuff like making elephant toothpaste and cornflour slime. It was really fun!

My Weekend

This weekend I played cricket in the east coast in Lauriston. I smashed a no ball for four and we versed the people we were staying with and their team. The next day we watched the super cars and Shane Van Gisbergen won by 15 seconds and then we had a swim and had to do the open cannon ball and had a fight for the biscuit. That night we did our hair with heaps of gel and water. It was awesome.

My weekend

This weekend I played rugby against Blake. The score was 35-40 to Blake. The last tackle of the game I grabbed Blake around the waist and he flung me around, fell over and my knee twisted his ankle. Then we watched the Hurricanes smash the Sunwolves 83-17.  Then we went swimming on the lake and Dad chucked a cricket ball in the middle of the river and I had to swim out and get it.

This weekend I lost a tooth eating popcorn. But the tooth fairy didn't come! I felt so sad. We had a massive fight with Dad that took one hour. We had to watch kaitlyn's ballet, it was so boring.

This weekend i went to a party at the Landcorp office. There was about $550 dollars worth of fish & chips. We had to do some quiz's. There was a team each farm and the kids made a team. We had to make a race track for a little car out limited resources. It was so fun.
